In case of some reason you are not happy with your purchase, all you need to do is, go to ‘My Account’ section and click on My Orders and Click on ‘Return this item’ for the order that you want to return.

  • Easy Return Terms

    You can return your product within 10 Days from the date of delivery. 100% refund if the product was damaged, manufacturing defects or was not as per the specifications mentioned on the site.
    All you need to do is, go to ‘My Account’ section and click on My Orders. Click on ‘Return this item’ for the order that you want to return.
    Once approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours to the instrument you used for making purchase on S9home .
    In order to make this absolutely hassle free, we will also pick up the product free of cost from your home.
    All we ask is that the product is not used and is in the same condition as you received it, with original packing and labelling attached.
  • Cancellation of Fraudulent/Loss to business Orders

    To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, reserves the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.
The customer may be considered fraudulent if any of the following scenarios are met:
  • Customer doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by S9home llp
  • Customer fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification.
  • Misuse of another customer's phone/email.
  • Customer uses invalid email and phone number.
  • Overuse of a voucher code.
  • Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
  • Customer returns the wrong product.
  • Customer refuses to pay for an order.
  • Customer is involved in the snatch and run for any order.
Account for the customers falling in fraudulent or loss to business category may be blocked."[SB1]
  • Pricing

    Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees. Prices, products and Services may change at S9home llp’s discretion.
  • Shipping:

    Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon S9home llp’s shipment to the shipping Carrie

    • Refund will be done in your bank account only
    • Pickup will not be done if exact change is not catered
    • Pickup will be scheduled by our Cash pick up partner
    • Pickup will not happen on bank holidays
    • Pickup will happen only from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 4 pm
    • Taxes on Discount – Terms and Conditions
    • Discount is not exempted from tax
    • Taxes are applicable on coupon discount amount
    • The exact discount you will be getting is the coupon code discount amount minus the taxes which are applicable
